Dealing with disasters such as floods, fire and cyclones is the responsibility of emergency managers. We developed a Graduate Certificate in Emergency Management and nationally-accredited courses in emergency risk management and business continuity management for Emergency Management Australia.
Curve Projects designed and wrote learning programs for WorkSafe Victoria inspectors dealing with prevention of bullying and violence in workplaces. We also developed the structure and scripts for an interactive CD-ROM course on ethics and legal compliance for them.
We developed a two-day program for departmental managers in an international company to develop their skills in behavioural interviewing for recruitment and selection of staff. The program was trialled in New York using learning resources designed and written by Curve Projects.
Curve Projects designed a competency-based learning framework for an international luxury hotel group. An orientation program was also developed for all new staff in hotels in Asia, Europe and the USA.
